Employee recognition that feels personal
Recognition falls flat when the reward feels generic. Giving people a card they can spend on a brand they already use — in their own country, in their own language — turns a routine gesture into something they remember.
Recognition moments we support
- Work anniversaries and long-service milestones.
- Performance rewards and spot bonuses.
- Peer-to-peer recognition and manager nominations.
- Onboarding welcomes and first-90-days celebrations.
- Farewells for retiring or departing colleagues.
Why gift cards, not cash or merchandise
Cash disappears into the payroll line and stops feeling like a gift. Merchandise adds sizing, shipping and preference problems — someone will always end up with the wrong thing. A gift card sits in the middle: it feels considered, but the recipient still chooses what they actually want. No warehousing, no returns, no guessing.
International teams, same gesture everywhere
For a distributed team, the same gesture needs to travel. Your account manager builds a shortlist of locally relevant brands per country so a colleague in Manchester, Amsterdam and Singapore each receives something they can genuinely use, funded by one central budget and paid on one invoice.
Recurring recognition programmes are our default engagement — see gift card rewards for how we handle standing agreements and call-off orders.
Personalisation and delivery
- Your logo, colours and a personal message on the card or accompanying email.
- Digital delivery, physical card in branded packaging, or both.
- Scheduled sends for recurring moments — your account manager arranges the calendar.
Frequently asked questions
Can we add branding and a personal message?
Yes. Every card can carry your logo, colours and a personal message — either printed on the physical card and packaging, or embedded in the digital delivery email. Your account manager handles the artwork.
Can we schedule recurring recognition moments in advance?
Yes. Send us the calendar (anniversaries, review cycles, seasonal moments) and your account manager schedules the sends and confirms recipients ahead of each drop. No platform login required on your side.
Digital or physical — which works better?
Digital delivers within a day and suits distributed teams. Physical cards suit milestone moments where a tangible envelope carries more weight. Many programmes mix both — for example digital for spot recognition and physical for long-service anniversaries.
How does invoicing work for ongoing recognition?
You can settle per order or on a monthly consolidated invoice. Your account manager arranges purchase-order references, cost-centre splits or any other format your finance team needs.
