Local card offers differ per market. We carry a local catalogue in 21 markets; delivery of a digital card reaches 180+ countries. Those two numbers are not the same thing, and we would rather say so than imply a local catalogue everywhere.

Where a country has no local offer that fits, the World Gift Card carries the value and lets the recipient pick the brand, the country and the currency themselves. That is choice as a solution, not a workaround.

Digital cards usually arrive within minutes of a successful payment or business verification.

Physical cards typically take a few business days, depending on destination, quantity and personalisation.

Simple orders stay short

A one-off order needs one email: brands, quantities, recipients. You get a proposal and settle on invoice. Ordering without us is planned.

What does the business platform cost?

There is no subscription, no platform fee and no standard service fee. You pay for the cards you order; physical production and shipping are charged separately.

Can we send cards to several countries?

Yes. We carry a local catalogue in 21 markets and deliver digital cards in 180+ countries. Where no local card fits, the World Gift Card lets the recipient choose their own country and currency.

How fast are the cards delivered?

Digital cards usually arrive within minutes of a successful payment or business verification. Physical cards typically take a few business days, depending on destination, quantity and personalisation.

Can recipients choose their own gift?

With the World Gift Card, yes: the recipient picks the brand, the country and the currency, and the card is valid for at least 24 months. With a single-brand card the choice is yours.

Can we order without talking to anyone?

Not yet. Today every order runs through a proposal and an account manager; there are no platform fees for that. Self-service signup and checkout are planned, with no date promised.

When does enterprise or the API become relevant?

When gifting has to run from your own system, on a schedule, or inside a procurement and governance process. For a one-off order it adds nothing.
