Every step, and who does it.
Today a business order runs through a proposal and your account manager. What you cannot do yourself yet says so, in the same list.

The steps
Choose how you start
Every business order starts with a proposal: occasion, countries, quantity and budget. Your account manager answers with a shortlist and pricing. Ordering on invoice is the route that works today.
- Request a proposal in your own language
- One named account manager, from brief to delivery
- Ordering on invoice, no card surcharge
Pick a card or the World Gift Card
Browse the catalogue yourself and pick local brands per market, or choose the World Gift Card and let the recipient pick their own brand, country and currency.
- Local brands per market
- The World Gift Card works in every country we deliver to
- At least 24 months valid, no fees
Hand over the recipients
Share the list with your account manager — a spreadsheet, a secure upload or an HR export. One link for a group without a list works too.
- Spreadsheet, secure upload or HR export
- Or one shareable link, no list needed
- Digital, physical or a mix per group
Personalise the send
Logo, sender name, message and packaging are set up per campaign. Physical cards can carry a printed sleeve or your own packaging.
- Logo, sender name and message
- Sleeve or bespoke packaging for physical cards
- Set up per campaign, approved before the send
Send it
Digital cards usually arrive within minutes of a successful payment or business verification. Physical cards typically take a few business days, depending on destination, quantity and personalisation.
- By email, SMS or a shareable link
- On the date you choose
- Physical and digital in one campaign
Track and report
After the send you get a delivery report per campaign: what was sent, what was redeemed and what came back. One invoice for everything.
- Delivery report per campaign
- One invoice, itemised per line
- Unspent budget returns to you in full
Order and pay yourself
Creating a business account, ordering without a proposal and paying online are not built. We would rather say so than promise it.
- Creating an account yourself
- Checking out without a proposal
- Paying a business order online
Help where you need it
Your account manager stays reachable for questions about brands, countries and timing. You get a quote within one business day.
- One named contact
- Advice per market, not just per price
- Reachable by phone and email
