One gifting campaign, every country your people work in

One gift should land equally in Berlin, Warsaw and São Paulo — but currency, brand relevance and delivery format all differ per country. A dedicated account manager coordinates the mix so every recipient gets something they actually want, and you still see one invoice.

The multi-country problem

The same brand does not resonate in every market, and a single voucher code rarely works across borders. Physical cards need local production or international shipping; digital cards need currency-appropriate denominations. Doing this manually per country turns one campaign into dozens of small orders.

How we coordinate multi-country campaigns

  • Locally relevant brands selected per market — retailer strength differs per country.
  • Digital or physical per recipient, so office-based and remote colleagues both receive something usable.
  • One brief in, one invoice out — no per-country purchase orders unless you want split billing.
  • Your account manager owns delivery timing across time zones and public holidays.

Popular country hubs

Netherlands, Germany, France and the United Kingdom are the most requested destinations for our multi-country campaigns. Each hub lists locally strong retailers and typical delivery formats:

Multi-country campaigns usually pair with two other things we run — invoice billing across entities and larger bulk drops per market:

A note on tax

Gift taxation differs per country — thresholds, in-kind rules and reporting requirements are not the same in the UK, Germany, France or the Netherlands. Your account manager flags what to check in each market; we do not provide tax advice, and we point you to your own advisers where treatment matters materially.

Frequently asked questions

How many countries can you deliver to?

We serve 180+ countries. For each recipient country we pick brands with local relevance and a delivery format that works — digital where post is unreliable, physical where the moment calls for it.

Can we mix digital and physical cards in one campaign?

Yes. This is the default for hybrid teams: physical cards to office-based staff, digital cards to remote colleagues, all inside one order and one invoice.

Do you select local brands per country?

Yes. Your account manager proposes a country-by-country brand shortlist based on retailer strength and recipient preferences. You approve the list once; we execute it per market.

Do we get one invoice across countries or one per country?

Either. The default is one consolidated invoice for the whole programme; split invoicing per country, entity or cost centre is available on request when your finance setup requires it.
