Christmas gifts your employees won't re-gift

One gift, every country you operate in, no leftover hampers in the office kitchen in January. A gift card lets each employee pick something they'll actually use, funded from one central budget and shipped on one timeline.

Planning your Christmas gift, handled as a service

Tell us your headcount and countries in October and we handle the rest — brand shortlist per market, artwork, production, delivery scheduling and recipient list. As a rule of thumb, order several weeks before your intended send date; your account manager confirms the exact cut-off per country in the quote so nothing surprises you in December.

Christmas is one moment in a year of recognition — for the rest of the calendar, see employee recognition for anniversaries, milestones and peer recognition programmes.

Physical presentation options

  • Card plus branded greeting card with your message.
  • Custom envelope or gift-box packaging with your logo.
  • Individually addressed shipments to home addresses for hybrid and remote teams.

Digital delivery for hybrid and international teams

For teams spread across countries and time zones, digital delivery lands the same day everywhere. Mix and match: physical cards for one office, digital for remote colleagues — one order, one invoice.

Higher volumes across many countries are the norm at this time of year — see bulk gift cards for how we structure larger orders end-to-end.

Tax treatment differs per country

The tax treatment of employee gifts differs per country, and thresholds and rules change over time. Your account manager flags relevant considerations so you can check them with your own advisors; we do not provide tax advice.

Frequently asked questions

What's the latest we can order in time for Christmas?

It depends on the countries and whether you need physical or digital delivery. Digital can be arranged on short notice; physical needs several weeks of lead time for production and international shipping. Your account manager confirms exact cut-offs per market in the quote.

Can we mix digital and physical cards for a hybrid team?

Yes. Many customers send physical cards to office-based staff and digital cards to remote colleagues, all inside one order and on one invoice.

Can we add a personal message per employee?

Yes. Messages can be personalised per recipient (for example first-name, team, manager signature) on both the physical card insert and the digital delivery email. Your account manager handles the merge.

Do we pay before or after delivery?

Standard terms are on invoice after delivery, typically 14 or 30 days. For very large orders or new customers, your account manager may confirm pre-payment or a purchase-order arrangement — this is agreed in the quote before production.
