What the tax rules do with this card

Work it through for your own situation

Fill in the fields above. Without a threshold we calculate nothing and show no example figure.

Have this worked out for your situation

An account manager runs your numbers against the country rules and comes back by email.

Germany, and this we can state without a figure: a broad multi-brand choice card does not qualify for the Sachbezug threshold, because of the ZAG.

Frequently asked questions

How fast is the card there?
Digital cards arrive within minutes of the payment being confirmed. If you set a delivery moment, it arrives at that moment in the recipient's own time zone.
What if the code does not work?
Ask for the code again through the same link. That works a few times per minute — the link is rate limited so nobody else can pull the code out of it. If it still fails, reply to the confirmation email and we replace the card.
What happens to money that is left over?
A remaining balance stays on the card until it expires, so it can be spent later. Budget that was never handed out comes back to you in full — we never keep the difference.
Can we pay on invoice with a PO number?
Yes. From fifty cards you can put a PO number and a cost centre on the invoice, and from 250 you get one collective invoice per period.
